My good sir, it would appear that you need to read the manual for guildwars, or go to its help section. Also, you appear to be lost in a foreign thread.

dye. black is worth the most just because it is..most ppl buy black to show they have that bit extra cash then anyone else

upgrades. best way is to salvage any upgrades off shit weapons

money. larger amounts come later in the game/u can also farm/FoW/UW

runes. double click it then apply to armor (u can only use runes of your 1st prof ie. w/mo can only use warrior runes (runes dont stack)

req. lower the req the better for resell ppl buy higher req to cosumize

Double click on the dye and then simply apply it to your weapon, armor, or even inventory bags (lmao. I've seen some bags dyed green, some pink, and even black!).

You can get upgrades from expert salvaging the loot you find when questing, doing missions, or farming. Every weapon has a prefix and suffix upgrade.

People make money by simply finding rare drops and selling that for some hard cash. Some buy and re-sell for higher. Some just simply salvage the loot they find for craft materials and sell them in bulks. Some might even be spoiled by their guild mates. Also, for those low life people who can't make the money on their own, they simply go on ebay and buy virtual money there.

You apply those runes to your armor and those runes are used to bump your attributes higher for more damage.

The lower the requirement, the better. Why!? I'll let someone else answer this longer question. Too much for me to write.

First of all, for the love of god dont use the word noob; even if you are referring to yourself

Black Dyes are very much in demand, so the price is a little steep.

The best way to get bow upgrades is to buy them from other people. The other option is to find a bow that has an upgrade you need and use an Expert Salvage Kit to obtain it. The bow you salvage this way will be destroyed.

Eventually, you'll find an item that has a fair amount of worth.

Now, about the requirements. If your weapon attribute does not match the requirement of a weapon or exceeds it you will do very little damage. If the req. is low, it allows you to put points in other attributes and still retain the maximum weapon damage. For example, say you need to put 11 points in strength and 10 in tactics for a certain build. That leaves 10 for swordsmanship. Now lets say you have a sword with a req. of 13. You wont be doing any appreciable damage.

There is also a myth that a low req. weapon has a higher chance for a critical strike when the weapon attribute is maxed, that may contribute to the price.

For cash I just play the game. Make sure you have plenty of free inventory space and pick up absolutely everything and sell it. ID everything that needs it first. Bring along salvage, expert salvage and ID kits to make more room in inventory if needed by salvaging items to common materials that stack.

Decide if a rune is worth more than the armor it is in, some armor can sell to merchant for 100g+ and the rune only 25g, so don't salvage it if you don't need it. Check the buy price of a rune to see if it is valuable.

I have plenty of cash and often give away items to guildies or sell good stuff for 100-200g just to get rid of it, rather than sitting around forever trying to sell stuff.

I have done a little farming but that really hasn't increased my net worth as I spent 30k on black dyes for my monk, about what I gained from my casual farming.

If you salvage items, do not sell the materials you get to the merchants - take the time to sell it to other players. At a merchant, you may get 3g for a wood plank, but you can ususally sell them for 8 - 10g! Same with runes - selling a minor rune to a merchant may get you 25g, but you could probably sell it in the lower level areas for 50-75g.

The key to selling materials is to know what the going rate at the material trader is and selling it for a bit less (I ususally go 70% below merchants price on common crafting materials - example: if merchant sells cloth at 10 for 100g, I'd sell it for 10 for 70g)

No big deal or nothing but isn't that only a 30% difference?

and to the OP do not worry about making lots of money. just have fun. i have been playing about 7 months and i just now hit 100k for my first time ever. some ppl just get crap drops compared to what other ppl get. like me i cant get a good drop worth nothing......but i have noticed my drops getting better recently.

Default Makin Money!!!

OK well your questions are pretty much answered so i will just leave me little input on this the key to making money and trading for money is to have patience if you can not do that you have no room to complain about being poor ill leave you an example if you have an item that can sell at a max of 20k sell it for 20k even if 15k is a good offer dint take it take hold out for the 20k because unless its 100% necessary why take the discount and hurt yourself right well thats all ill stop ranting now
