Default Knight's Armor and Bloodstained Boots

http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/2623/gailelog107xs.png

"Yes we have a glitch with an armor set, don't we? It stacks, where it should not."

"I will ask about correcting that, and what our timeline is."

"Bloodstained boots is on the correction list."

"I don't know if it's on THIS list, but its' on the list."

Has anyone had a chance to test either Knight's Armor or Bloodstained Boots after the update?

It doesn't sound like they were fixed from the last quote she made, but I'm just wondering...

Bloodstain boots do not work.

And from what I have experienced Knights armor does not stack...

Knight's never stacked before nor did Ascalon armor.

Yeah,
The only benefit you get from Knights you'd get just the same by wearing one piece.

Maybe they are talking about the Mesmer AL bonuses? While it doesn't deal with stacking, according to guildwiki, there is a discrepency in the main website and the way they actually work.

According to wiki the +15% while attacking is global as long as you have one piece on rather than needing it on each piece.

Perhaps the necro armors that have the negative holy damage component? Those do stack globally.

I noticed this comment in the Gaile chat as well. I believe she just mispoke the "stacking" thing. I'm fairly certain she is talking about Knight's, Ascalon, and the mesmer armors in that wearing only one piece will give you the benefit globally. While it's nice, I feel comfortable saying that it isn't the way ANet meant for it to be. It doesn't really make sense, in my opinion. I'm not sure how much of a priority this is for them, with Factions coming out shortly, but I always knew they would get around to changing this.

I hope they will fix the bloodstained boots also. I rarely ever minion master, but it's still kind of depressing that they are useless. It's such a good idea for an item.

Each piece adds 5 damage when you take holy damage.
