Yes only one prefix/suffix ... but the reduce of poision/cripple/dazed/blind/etc is not a staff head or wrapping, so can't be changed or obtained.

I've never seen dual-innate modded % condition reduction ... i'd be curious to know the answer to this one as well.

ie, (something) staff of (something)
(head mod)
reduces dazed duration on you by 33%
recuces crippled duration on you by 33%
(wrap mod)

Hmm, the only time I've somthing remotely like it is from a quest reward, dbout that it's possible off a drop. Howver it still may be possible, of course the odds of you getting what you're looking for are slim to none.

You can't, as you can only have one Reduced condition mod on a staff.

damn been wondering this myself for a while and I figured that was the case but comeon...20%poision + 20%crippeled would be sweet for switch offs
