When it comes to deciding on which alliance your guild will take, which side do you favor? Post here on the advantages and disadvantages of the two sides, as you see it!

I don't think there's that obvious advantages and disadvantages.

Fort Aspenwood 'favors' Luxons some, so it's 'easier' to get Luxon faction via Aspenwood, although in pure faction sense it doesn't matter either, as AvA gives more faction with losses than Aspenwood does, sometimes AvA loss gives more than Aspenwood win, too.

Different armors isn't really a point either, as you can get both sides armor, no matter what side the alliance is.

So in the end, I suppose it's just a matter of taste. Do you want to be a emogoth or a turtlehugger?

Luxon: Doesnt have to deal with Danika's voice.
Kurzick: Doesnt have to deal with Elder Rhea's voice.

No matter what, you have the same benefits. I like some of the Kurzick armor more than the Luxon, but that is just MHO.

From an RP perspective, I'd prefer Kurzick, as I dislike the "rawr brute force power" methods of Luxon ... but for playing experience, I prefer Luxon due to enjoying the Jade Sea as opposed to the Echovald Forest. =)

i would have to say luxon and here are my 5 reasons why

1.)it is way to dark n kurzick side i have to turn brightness up to like 80 to c anything

2.) much easier to get into an ally battle (i dont know if they changed it yet last time i was a kurzick i couldnt get into one battle).

3.) armor looks way better then kurzick personally even though you can just leave kurzick and join luxon to get armor its easier just to be luxon at start

4.) the secenery is much better i know i wouldnt want to look at a bunch of dead trees all day( i know they arnt dead btw)

5.) er um im a luxon lol

so my points have been givin and i hope to see you fighting along side against us pride.

most kurzick armours i prefer to luxon; and i much prefer the echovald forest to the dull, plain and boring jade sea. Luxon necro male 15k is awesome, however.
