That's a pretty common term, or atleast in Warcraft 3 Custom map called DOTA. I keep seeing it all the time here.

1) Almost no necro's use life transfer outside RA.
2) 20% Longer LT is about ~3 seconds longer, not a huge buff.

I mean there are spells in the monk line that can make enchatments last even longer. I can get over 50% longer enchantments but that's not broken at all...*cough* 55 *cough*.
55's are PvE and therefore do not count when it comes to skill balance.

And I fail to see how a 20% longer life transfer is overpowered. a 12 second life transfer will be removed, a 14 scond life transfer will also be removed.

Dont say cover hexes because the time we all carried one hex removal has been over for a long time now.

I actually like the idea. If anyone can give me a valid argument with an example why such a mod would be overpowered, I'll accept it but for now I support the idea.

It is more easy to delete an hexe than an enchantment, so I don't see why +20% hexe would be overpowered.

And by the way some items have already +20% longer for a specific condition.

hex breaker has dmg?

I'm looking for offensive responses, something that makes hexes more of a gamble to use.

Yup, Hex Breaker has damage. No one gives a damn about the damage, though. I know I don't.
