Changing Password - Guild Wars Forums

I want to change the passwords on my gw account. It takes me to ncsoft.com and I created an account. Now It wants a 20 digit serial number which I can't find. Is it the access key? If so do I need to add all three campaign access keys? Any help would be appreciated. This is becoming a huge pain in the butt.
