Default Question about Faction Points

Okay, so I bought an elite skill, in Great Temple of Balthazar, in the Nightfall version with 3,000 Faction Points. Usually, when you buy a skill for 1,000, you can buy it in a [Skill] Shop, but with elite skills, i tried it and i don't know where to buy it or get it besides using it in PvP. I looked at my heroes and they got the elite skill. Any suggestions on where I can get the elite skill? I know where to get the skill, but i rather do it this way.

Elite skills can only be obtained by a PvE character by finding the boss that carries that elite skill, killing said boss, then using a Signet of Capture to cap that elite skill. I'd check http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page for the boss location.

I know where the boss is, but I'm on the 10 hour / 14 day trial thing, for Nightfall. And I'm not really sure if I can make it to Mineral Springs in that time >.>, and you can probably guess i'm trying to get Shield of Judgement. But, is there a way I can do it with the "Faction Points" Method?

No, the only way to get an elite skill on a PvE character is by using a Signet of Capture on a dead boss.

Yep. And I'm actually pretty sure that you wouldn't be able to get a PvE character there within the 14 hours of your trial. Not without some SERIOUS help (which generally costs a lot of Gold).Sorry for the bummer.
