Default Pornography in the game bugs forum section

Can someone explain to me why this thread has been kept in the game bugs section for almost 2 hours without being removed by the admins?

[edit] link removed now that the thread has been removed.

There aren't enough of us to patrol the forums all the time, and some of us have lives too, meaning we cannot sit around watching the reported posts rolling in.

Most likely, nobody with administrator access to that section has seen the thread/reports yet. Which is somewhat odd.

I sure was spam-happy with that link on IRC in #guildwarsguru and #gwp.

Every reader of the forum should make use of the when they see inappropriate material or behavior. You just click on it, type a brief message about what you are reporting. I would imagine this makes the Mod's life easier.

Now, what I don't know for sure is if the link to the reported post is automatically included in the message, I assume that it is...

BTW, I am sure that repetitive improper use of the would not be a good idea.

People WERE reporting it, that wasn't the issue. The issue was that there were no mods online to delete the thread. No need to explain the report button, we aren't stupid, and that isnt even the issue at hand.

Well, it's clear then that we need to have the Moderators surgically implanted with notification devices. A mild shock would be administered whenever a report message would be sent from any forum member. The shock would intensify over time thus encouraging quicker responses.

I feel that this is the only viable solution.

Mods: Please move my post to the Suggestion Forum.

If anyone has any issue with the moderator's and/or the level of moderation then please PM an admin with your concerns/thoughts/issues/etc.

Seeing as the original post's issue has been dealt with..

Thread Closed.
