Assassin Trainer? - Guild Wars Forums

I recently was ran to droks by a D/A and was very impressed by it, so i decided to make my own D/A. So i started a Derv and when i reached lvl 5 i was able to choose my second profession, but i cant find the Assassin trainer in the Churrir (sp?) Fields where all the other trainers are. Is the trainer in there? I have spent 20min looking for him. Or is he in a different place?

i don't think you can take a secondary from factions until you complete the quest "Hunted!" which is the nightfall equivelent of acension.

Edit:
I think you need to talk to the profession changer at the command post to be able to take an assassin or ritualist secondary.

sin is a factions class, you can change your secondary class in the factions game at senji's corner. prolly in other places in the other games too but i havent gotten far enough to see another changer in the other games. but you should be able to change in any game as long as you have the one with the class you want.

pretty sure u have to get ascended in factions to get faction choices for a secondary

No, you just have to be ascended. The profession changers in the Command Post or Temple of Balthazar can change you over.

Ok, first off....make sur eyou have the Factions campaign (and its linked to your existing account). If you don't, you'll be searching forever because you will never get the assassin secondary.

Because your character is a Dervish, I believe when you are a low level and you get to choose your secondary, you'll only be able to choose Nightfall and core professions. Since the assassin is a Factions profession, you'll need to do the quest "Hunted" which is obtained in Yohlon Haven after doing the Consulate Docks Mission. The quest "Hunted" is the Nightfall equivalent of Ascension (Prophecies) and Weh no Su (Factions). That quest will take you to the Command Post where you'll be able to unlock secondary professions to your heart's content. After completing the quest, you'll now be able to use any of the Profession Changers you come across in any of the chapters, including the Great Temple of Balthazar to unlock other professions in the future.
