Default Any opinions on Hard Mode chests

I have droped around 80k on lock picks and haven't seen one item that wouldn't have dropped out of any other normal high end (600g+) chest...so why should i spend 1.5k on any more of them??? I can understand in UW or FOW cuz you get a chance at getting an actual rare drop.....but other than that i can't seem to justify spending anymore money on these things...has anyone found anythying in a Hard mode chest that is extrememly rare or anything ????

I've done a few Tombs runs on Hard Mode, and seen 50 or so chest drops from Locked chests. Thus far I would say that there is no difference at all between the normal mode chests and locked chests. In fact, given that Tombs runs take much longer to complete in Hard Mode, I am planning on staying on normal mode for the time being.

I would expect that there will be an improvement in the quality of Locked Chest drops in the near future, but for now, I don't see any value in Hard Mode (aside from the increased exp, which I don't need.)

For the moment, you can probably get good prices on max damage skins in ascalon.

If HM is doing anything, it's just increasing the frequency of golds (and maybe perfects). It's still the same stuff you can find in normal, just theoretically better chances of it being the good stuff.
