two questions
Q1: ok this has been on my mind for a while on all my non caster chars i customize my weps if i deleete that char and recreate on with the same name can i use the customized weps?
Q2: does the gold exalted aegis dye after the update i remember dying them black used to be stunning

#1 as Togira said, no. A new character is new data to the server, even if you give it the same name. All customized armor and weapons cannot be transferred.

#2 http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Exalted_Aegis and check the discussion page. It mentions that it can be dyed but there are no visible changes.
