Exclamation spellbreaker on the 55monk

hi guys ^^ i am looking for a way to incorporate the skill spellbreaker into my build.. but the problem is i already have shield of judgement.. so my question is that is there any non elite skill that would have the same or similar effect of the spellbreaker ^_^? thanks in advance!

umm.. spell shield.. but it only works while your casting a spell.

if you want to prevent interupts use /me for your secondary and use mantra of resolve.

hmm.. mantra of resolve can block incoming spells? and what attribute is it linked to? thanks alot for the reply!

no no, it just prevents you from being interupted, all spells still hit you. (its linked to inspiration magic) if you really want spell breaker on you, you'll need another monk there to cast it on you

If you want to prevent incoming spells, you are going to have to use an elite. If you NEED to block incoming spells, you are dealing with enchantment removal spells like Rend Enchantments. If you are dealing with spells like Rend Enchantments, you should have a partner for damage, and Shield of Judgment is not needed. SOLO farming is different than what Spellbreaker is used for.

ah ok ^^ cool thanks well i was looking on wiki just now and i found this skill called http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Cry_of_Frustration cry of frustration do you think that would be as effective as spellbreaker? and it will interrupt and disable any action the foe does on me right? once again thankyou for reply ^_^!

i do solo farming alot with my 55 but there is many mobs who cast shatter enchanments on me so i need a skill to interrupt and disable skills

Wouldn't work reliably.
You need all the mobs in the area to be casting the same spell at the same time.

And it doesnt disable, just interrupt.

if it's for blocking a spell, you could use hex breaker (mes skill) but that's only for one spell.

If you are solo farming, and running into Shatter Enchant from more than 1-2 monsters in a single group, you need to find a new place to farm. 1-2 Shatter Enchants can be covered, to keep Protective Spirit up, allowing you to stay alive.

Its like the people asking for build help to farm with a 130HP Dervish. They think they can farm anywhere, anything, anytime. Some creatures won't let you farm them with certain builds. If you are having Enchant removal foes kill you, either take a partner and use Spellbreaker, or find a new place to farm.

Take a power return if you're having trouble with enchantment removal like in UW.
