Default ArenaNet,please explain this NOW!!!

ok,here we go:

I was in battle in RA,we had 5 wins.
In 6th battle (before it started),one of our team members disconnected.
We were fighting 3 vs 4. Before time count was over,we managed to kill 2 of them.
And then, what you think what happened?!
We LOST?!
HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE?!
We didn't died,they died 2 TIMES,we were just 3,they were 4,and we lost?
E-X-P-L-A-I-N T-H-A-T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What you done? You will make us unistall gw because stupid mistakes you done.I don't feel like playing GW anymore whit that mistakes you done.

What you wanted to do?! Punish team because they had dc member or leaver? you have time count for that! if that 3,or 2 can't kill any1 from opposite team,I agree,or even if they die more times then they, that they are losers.

But 3 vs 4,who didn't DIED,and who killed 2 of them needs lose?!
/very angry at you

Dear Customer,

Welcome to Guild Wars Guru, the unofficial Guild Wars fansite. You probably mistook this forum as the official forum of Guild Wars, which does not exist because we, at ArenaNet, are too busy working on the Guild Wars universe and most importantly on Guild Wars 2.

So please use the Guild Wars contact page for further questions:
http://eu.guildwars.com/support/cate...t_information/

Many thanks for your custom and we hope you have a nice day and a nice Wintersday in Guild Wars.

Your sincerely!
ArenaNet.

Come on, it's just a game! You lost, keep calm and play again

Surely it's not, because if you were on the other side (winning) you'd have complained about this maybe?

GWG can do nothing for you and I even doubt Anet will look at this "so important" problem, there mustn't be thousands of players suffering from that "devastating" situation.

It's only RA, some will even tell you.

Actually it is right. Your party had 3 members with 100% morale (so 300% morale in total). The other party had 2 kills and 4 members so 370% morale. And isn't it kinda clear that 370 is more then 300? It makes perfect sense that the other team won because they did have more morale and that is what is looked at.

I agree with you that it would be more fair to look at the average morale instead (100% for your team and 92.5% for the other team). But ANet decided to look at the total morale and that is what the system does.

It is not a bug. It is a feature.

Where exactly did they document this morale thing? Cause I don't think I've ever heard of it and it sounds kind of dumb.

had the same thing happening to me once.

Winners on a "draw" (when the timer ends) are indeed determined on total morale rather than number of kills/average moral.

If neither of these tie-breakers applies, both teams will lose the match.
