I used to use Storm's in an UW farming build, but with the rebalancing of its speed boost to 25%, is it still a plausible skill to pull the grasping darknesses and not the Aatxes? Judging from the above wikiquote, I'd say yes, but I'd some some confirmation before I go waste moar cash

Just did a run last night, worked fine. The only thing that changed is that you're slightly more vulnerable to a lag spike, but then again, so was the original SDH.
