Default Mystery Sword

I have searched this forum and gone through the sword galleries in two wikis but can not find this sword. It is often seen equipped by one or more of the dwarves outside Boreal Station in Eye of the North. My questions are: 1. Does this sword have a name; 2. Does this sword ever drop anywhere or is it just eye candy for the dwarves? Thanks for any information!

Because in real life a flamberge is a large, often two handed, sword with wavy or scalloped edges (the name means "flame" from the way the blade is curved)...

So when looking through a wiki list of swords no one would think to check flamberge for a medium sized straight word with bats on the hilt.

1. Your imagination is allowing you to believe the average GW player leans towards semantics over thinking, "cool sword!"

2. Aren't those dragon wings on the hilt? Dragons = Fire

I think they're bat wings. The hilt looks like a bat sculpture to me. And DamFino, PM me if you want one. I have one that I don't want and I feel bad merching. Would happily give it to someone looking for one.

I'm pretty sure there inteded to be something like dragon wings though they could be bat wings. The hilt design is a Skull.

Yah, I always figured the flamberge was misnamed. Those really do look like bat wings on the hilt.

Also, for the record, the sword always seems to drop in either the underworld or the Echovald forest for me.
