Factions platinum and Proph - Guild Wars Forums

Hi

My boyfriends has been playing GWP for quite a time now, and plans to buy Factions and Nightfall.
The cheapest version of Factions he found was a Factions Platinum one, containing Factions, the BMP and Prophecies GOTY.

However, his version of Prophecies (the one he plays with currently) is a GOTY.

So there's my question : will the Factions Platinum be in "conflict" because of this, or can he add it to his account?

The Factions and BMP will be added to his account, but the GOTY will be ignored.

Someone else might know more, but I think he can install the new GOTY as a separate account if he wants. Each part of the bundle should have its own access key.

He can install the GOTY edition as a new account and just add factions to his old account.

Don't know If I should say this but you'd be better of getting the complete collection which is out on the 5th so just a few days wait!

Never heard of this, can we get it in Europe?

Also, the support says that there is only one key for the whole content, so I doubt he will be able to create a new account with only Prophecies...

But it doesnt get delivered to you on the 5th thats just when they get it in stock, you probably have to wait till monday next for it to reach you. (or more working days who knows).

I Assume it comes with 4 seperate keys for all 3 campaigns and eotn, so there's all your problems solved and at a cheap price too.
