Generic questions about GW - Guild Wars Forums

1. I have 30 minutes and I want to do something worthwile in GW what can I do? (1/4 way through proph, 1/2 way through NF, done factions)

2. What are ectos? (searched through guildwars wiki seen nothing)

3. Is there an IRC channel for guildwars? (mIRC)

4. What is the best time in the day to provide services In respect to central time?

5. I find that the people who I add to a group think that I am an npc and they can be AFK whenever they want without saying anything. They don't talk about what's going on behind the character. Is anyone facing this problem?

1. Whatever interests you. I like to work on my titles or farm.

2. Globs of Ectoplasm are highly valued pieces of material, due to their rarity, and to the fact that they are used, along with Obsidian Shards, to craft Obsidian armor. They are often used as substitute currency for transactions exceeding 100

.

3. Not that I know of.

4. Depends on whether you're on American or International districts.

5. Don't PUG. Report leechers.

1. finish proph one quest/mission at a time or random arenas.

2. "ecto" redirects you to the page directly, "ectos" will return the page as the 2nd search hit.

3. no clue. does guru even have one?

4. evenings.

5. blind invites are one of the worst ways to form pugs. if you don't have proper communication setting up the group, how can you expect proper communication during the playtime of the group? even still, coming across people who lack courtesy will be fairly common.

Cool, well yeah you should still be able to fit in a story mission or primary quest a day. Too bad its not at the end of the day, cause its a good way to unwind imo... Btw, if you get a weekend off, Guild Wars the heck out if it xD

In 30 mins you could do a feather farm outside lions, nice money, or do a jq if you are interested in kurzick points.
