I'm looking for

the above name is character-for-character accurate, and he sometimes plays as something like Bal{these too}

I will pay a handsome reward to know what guild he is in and/or contact with the guildleader.

(He's a scammer. But it's not about the money. It's the principle. I just want him to at least address my friends and me, but he blocked me. I know it's pretty unlikely I'll get my money back and I don't care about that... but if something like this has happened to you before, I'd appreciate if you could message him about it, even if you don't know anything about his guild. Maybe we can fill up his ignore list lol. I asked him very politely twice, because I thought it might have been a mistake... anyway, appreciate all the help I can get)

Try whispering him in game first.

1.add him to your friends list
2.when he logs on look at the character name in your friends list
3. whisper that character
4.???
5.PROFIT!

Check ANet's player roster, it lists each account and the guild they're in.
