ok so i wanted to play wow but it woulden download so i uninstalled a few thing like guild wars after a few weeks i wanted to play guild wars again so i reinstalled it and now i get error 045 (we have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual.for your security, further access to the account has been blocked until this matter can be resolved.)
i have try changing the pass, ive been on a mates computer and tryed to log in on my account at his house but he gets the same message i have contacted the support and haven't got a replay yet can any one help me?

The only thing you can do is contact Guild Wars Support here.

As far as error 045 goes, according to this(look under error 045),

Quote:
"Your account has been suspended from Guild Wars for offensive behavior, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. You will be able to join the game in approximately X hours."
OR:
"Your account has been banned from Guild Wars for a breach of the User Agreement and/or Rules of Conduct. This ban is permanent."
OR:
"Your Guild Wars has been blocked for an account issue. Please contact Support for more information"

This code indicates an account mark or a ban. This means you have most likely breached the User Agreement or Rules of Conduct.

Or when the account has been suggested to have been hacked.

Right, the same happened to me when GW experienced those massive lags I guess 2 days ago.
After they fixed the servers and people were able to log on I got the same message and my account was suspended. The only thing you can do is contact the support and wait. Most probably, our accounts have been hacked. Which is quite wierd for me, because I scanned my comupter thoroughly and found nothing suspicious. Moreover, my wife logs on successfully on her account form the same computer and she's not been suspended/hacked.

ok well i have contacted them and im just waiting for a reply thanks ^^

oh yer i just brought eye of the north aswell and cant wait to play it XD

i had the same thing, got perma banned after buying stuff from the online store, but after 2 days i was back online thank god for those 2nd accounts xD

You simply got hacked and they locked it to prevent further damage, only support can really help you with this.
