Rather vague question isn't it?
Are you asking for this,
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/content...nics-id674.php ?

If so that's in the FAQ at the top of this section.

short answer: no.
long answer: yes, if by "see your armor and damage" you mean "see all the numbers you need to be able to calculate your armor and damage". these numbers are generally distributed between your inventory, hero screen (to see your level?), and skill bar in the case of skill damage. of course, you can only calculate your base damage with these numbers - actual damage will depend on the armor and level of enemies for non-armor-ignoring damage.

your armor lvl is listed on your individual armor pieces. your regular attack dmg is listed on your weapons.

Very vague question, so I'm going to guess that you've been playing WoW (or something similar) before.

In GW, your armor doesn't degrade and doesn't take damage. There is no need to repair it.

If, however, you want to know what your total armor level is, look at your Inventory (press I). Take your base armor level (from your armor) and add any armor boosting Runes you may be using. (Remember, they probably don't stack)
Then add the armor bonus from any equipped weapons or shields or focuses.
