Default Is this a banable offence?

Today i was just relaxin in kama, just chillin with my friends when something caught my eye...

question is, can this guy get banned for it?
he's delivering accounts for MW2 for all platforms (so that already looks quite suspicious) and said he's charging 30 $ per account

so can anet clubber this guy with the banhammer or will he be left free to roam the cities, selling MW2 accounts

If what he's selling is an ANet game, yes, he could get into trouble, but if it's not, I'm not sure that the EULA concerns itself with selling other things. I mean, if he was advertising to sell a Honda Civic, would that lead to a ban/suspension.? Hmmm, quick check with EULA.....

... a few minutes later.... there is this under Rules of Conduct:
(vi) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

So, maybe.

Modern Warfare 2 Quaker.

Anyway, he should probably be banned if nothing else but for the fact that for $30, those accounts are probably stolen.

Not stolen, though i can see why you'd think that.
There's a way to make your account automatically 10th prestige level 70 by hooking up your xbox/ps3 to your pc and doing something (obvs not gonna explain how it's done, nor do I endorse such acts of EULA-breaching behaviour).
They can be banned under the part of the EULA or rules of conduct which state that they cannot tell anyone to break the law or something, as it's a breach of the EULA of Infinity Ward.

Report the sleaze-ball. There may be more to it than just a GW EULA violation.

Selling anything other than in-game items is bannable.

I heard that selling anything in game for real money or buying it is a ban?

A minor point, but - although it's true that telling someone how to break the law is not allowed by the EULA, doing something that's not allowed by a EULA is not "breaking the law".
The guy in the above posts, selling his account, is not breaking the law nor is he helping anyone else to break the law.

For example, it is not against the law to buy GW gold for real cash - the cops will not arrest you. The "legal" part is that it is legal for ANet to ban/suspend your account if you break their EULA.
