Assuming your trying to asend in Factions, heres your quest list:

Once you complete Naphui all you have to is find a Forge Runner from ToA to get your FoW Armour. If your getting ran through the quests and missions make sure to stay out of compass range so you dont get any XP from kills.

You forgot an important key element if they are trying to stay as low-level as possible:

Make sure you get the Normal reward for the missions. This requires you to trigger the mission timer and go afk for the first 15-20 minutes.
