Question past level 20

Are hero skill points the same as regular skill points? If not, how do you get more hero skill points?

Thanks,
Wrayk

Hero skill points allow you to learn skills from hero skill trainers just like skill points from regular skill trainers. However, hero skill points don't require gold to redeem. Sunspear PvE skills can only be learned using hero skill points.

You can get more hero skill points by leveling up Sunspear, Lightbringer, and the EoTN reputation titles. You can also buy them for 1k gold and a regular skill point, which is the same as buying a normal skill. Hero skill points are pretty much getting free skills from titles.

No, they are different. Hero skill points are spent at a hero skill trainer to either 1) open up skills for all your heroes on all characters, or 2) to acquire Sunspear PvE skills for the character spending the hero skill point.

Skill points are earned by gaining experience (lvling), and are spent to acquire skills for the character spending the points.
