Default Balthazar/Kurzick/Luxon what's the difference?

i'm only wanting to know the difference, because i looked at all the different armors for a warrior. the one i liked best was the Luxon set - http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/File:...on_armor_m.jpg . i'm only asking is there any major differences between the three?

There are no differences between max armors. They just look different. Go with the one that tickles your fancy

I find guild wars is more about what appeals better than which armor is the best. So in other words, what appeals to you.

There are people that buy what is most expensive and then call other people names for not wearing the most expensive armor.
Even though the armor looks kinda hidious or less nice then "cheap" armor.

Personally I wear what looks awsome on my character, not what is most expensive, even though I can afford it.

I am not a show buyer in real life so I see no reason to be like that in a game, lol.

the only difference besides the looks it the amber/jade/other materials required for crafting it---after that its max armor so you are on the same par as everyone else (epeen elite excluded).
so get which ever you think your character would look best in--and ignore those epeen elitests (since its YOU that has to look at the character the most often).

The Kurzick and Luxon faction each get their own armor sets and a separate version of the same skill, in addition to having their own area's/missions in the Factions' storyline and their own side in Alliance Battles/Fort Aspenwood. Outside of this, they mirror each other completely (gameplay wise).

Balthazar Faction is different from the above as it isn't an actual "faction", it's just something that's awarded for participating in PvP (some exceptions to this rule).

You earn Balth faction in pvp, which in factions includes Jade Quarry, Fort Aspenwood, and Alliance Battles that also earn you either Luxon or Kurzick faction. There is no Balthazar armor in pve.

You don't need to be a Luxon to craft Luxon armor. You do, however, need to reach the place to buy it. That may mean Befriending the Luxons so that you can reach Leviathan Pits where Elite Luxon is sold (for example), but you could still be alligned with the Kurzicks if you so choose. Be aware that the armor crafters won't talk to you unless you have more unspent faction of their side than that of the other.

In GW armor is only a matter of design. As soon as the armor limit is reached, the rest is up to personal taste.
