eh, things would be a lot easier if people took care of their own stuff
it's nice to have insurance (account loss support), but it comes down to the player and what they do.

sure I feel bad for someone when they say their account got "hacked", but that feeling dissapears when I hear more of the story. It's always the same: "I got an email..."

Ok, question has been answered, and as this thread is now degenerating into a EULA/TOS debate as well as a "ppl suck and should be smarter and protect themselves" commentary..
