You get there near Lion's Arch, which is in Kryta, which is after the snowy mountains (Northern Shiverpeaks), which is after the ruined Ascalon area. So you still have a little way to go . If you follow the Primary Quests and Missions, you'll get to Lion's Arch about 1/3 into Prophecies.

You won't want to head up as soon as you can though. The EotN stuff is aimed at experienced players who have completed a campaign or two, have elite skills, can distinguish between good and bad skills to some degree, and more or less know what they're doing. If you head up as soon as you get to Lion's Arch you're going to really struggle. Finish Prophecies first.

You get there by doing the quest (what lies beneath) from Len Caldoron in Lions Arch near the fountain middle thingy, but as Marty said, best to beef yourself up a bit 1st.

I bought GW:EotN pack, went to EotN at level 20 (thought I was godlike) and racked many deaths

Ps. It might be worth doing as it will give you access to a couple of heroes, but they will be dependant on how many skills you have unlocked.
