I went to fissure last night, as a matter of fact, to find out the answer to that exact question. The Noble, Enchanters, Virtuoso, and Rogue all look the same, so it is basically down to what you want as far as bonuses go. The bonuses are typical of the same armor of the same name, other places you get it. But as far as ingredients go, here is a quick list:

Noble
Footware: 50 Cloth, 5 Damask, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Attire: 150 Cloth, 15 Damask, 45 Ectoplasm, 45 Obsidian Shards
Gloves: 50 Cloth, 5 Damask, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Hose: 100 Cloth, 10 Damask, 30 Ectoplasm, 30 Obsidian Shards

Enchanters
Footware: 50 Cloth, 5 Glittering Dust, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Attire: 150 Cloth, 15 Glittering Dust, 45 Ectoplasm, 45 Obsidian Shards
Gloves: 50 Cloth, 5 Glittering Dust, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Hose: 100 Cloth, 10 Glittering Dust, 30 Ectoplasm, 30 Obsidian Shards

Virtuoso
Footware: 50 Cloth, 5 Silk, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Attire: 150 Cloth, 15 Silk, 45 Ectoplasm, 45 Obsidian Shards
Gloves: 50 Cloth, 5 Silk, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Hose: 100 Cloth, 10 Silk, 30 Ectoplasm, 30 Obsidian Shards

Rogue
Footware: 50 Cloth, 5 Elonian, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Attire: 150 Cloth, 15 Elonian, 45 Ectoplasm, 45 Obsidian Shards
Gloves: 50 Cloth, 5 Elonian, 15 Ectoplasm, 15 Obsidian Shards
Hose: 100 Cloth, 10 Elonian, 30 Ectoplasm, 30 Obsidian Shards

Total: 350 Cloth, 35 (material depending on type), 105 Ectoplasm, 105 Obsidian Shards

Hope this is what you were looking for

They all look the same so far, but it's a fairly safe bet that sometime in the future they'll get their own individual looks.

I heavily doubt that.
The fissure armor are for the people that wanna look cool, and not sacrifice by buying useless armor.
It's hard to look cool wearing the standard gladiator armor, don't you think?

I hope you're right, it's the fear that they will change the looks that is keeping me from dropping all the cash to get the armor right now. I'd love some sort of official answer from anet.

Same with me. I don't want to spend all that gold and have this old looking armor. Maybe when a new look is added to the armor they should give people who already own it this option. A pop up comes on and shows a picture of you in the new looking armor and in the old looking armor, You then make a choice as to which you want. Your choice is permanent. This way those of us who want the armor can buy it now and still be safe if the skins change but if we like how it is now we can keep it. (No "I hate my FoW armor I bought the old kind cause of the look and with the change it I hate the look. Give me my money back.)
