As for knowing me in-game. That would be very unlikely, as I know you're not in my guild, and I've probably pted with you only once.

I know it must hurt your feelings that nobody likes this, but do you really think it's a reason to lash out and call people names? Tact and reason does not include lying about malicious software installs from a site where I host my own screenshots simply to gain favor with the other idiots who posted in my thread. It is not an enlightened response to lie about someone simply because you feel the need to boost your ego, which is all you seem to exhibit post after post. Oh wait, you know this. And actually SOT, whenever I click on your pics and they open from your site in another window, I get popup ads as well, so your website actually does have ads. Not that a popup blocker wouldn't get rid of them, but it's just so you know not to accuse people of "slander".

And if i'm feeling REALLY pedantic, which I am, to accuse someone of something in writing isn't slander, it's libel. But we'll leave that one for another argument.

If anyone visits a website and then receives a popup ad, then it's the website that has caused it. The person might have existing spyware on their computer, but that spyware won't just pop up randomly - the visit to that particular site prompts the ad to appear, surely.

spyware CAN cause random popups as far as i know.

i happened to install my modem drivers 20 secs BEFORE the firewall.

everytime i opened a browser window (no matter on which startpage) i got a popup.

does that count as some sort of proof?

Yeah I guess so, but it's more than just a coincidence that every time I open SOT's site I get a popup, but I don't usually get them at all.
