they are disconnected its been know for a while that some people show up as above 20 when they are disconnected

I seen that plenty of times too. lvl 26, or lvl 28, when someone gets disconnected.

i maybe thats the "actuall level" of the player, as in how many levels he/she raised after 20
|

Lag Hell is right I believe. It is not photoshopped XD.
Seen that many times before, doesn't make a difference considering they disconnected and they are still level 20 anyway.. |

One of my friends pm'd me after I dropped and reconnected and he said that it showed lvl 26 or something after my name. It has happened to many people. I have seen it happen when someone dops out of my groups.

Generally after you kill a monster, any allies that left will have their level displayed the same as the enemy.

I have no idea what my char level would be anymore. Stopped keeping track when I topped 30 (level 20 + 10 skill points)
