Sorry if the swearing in the screen is against rules. Just making more pople aware of this person. Alot of people I know In game have been scammed by this person as well.

I don't know what you are doing there with all this armor collateral and stuff ... it seems like you are making this whole transaction way too difficult. Anyway, you want more than 100K, find a way to fit it into one trade window (hint: 900K are approx. 60-75 ectos).

Regardless, posting names is supposedly against forum rules ... hello Photoshop ... I am not saying you photoshopped, I am saying this possibility exists and cannot be defended against ... TIME FOR A NERF ...

And fellblade for 950k? Please... I can get a weapon with same stats for less than 1k.

That is rather unfortunate and if you reported it,im sure Anet will have done something. I am wary of transactions involving more than 1 set of trades, the armor collateral thing doesnt mean much to this person.

I don't see why people insist on blaming the victim...Are you guys lawyers or something?

You might want to look into the collector items, or the weapon maker in Droknars. I don't know about 1k, but certainly WAY below 950k

25 iron ignots, 5 steel ignots, 5k = 15>50 longsword (that looks like a gladius) from droks weapon crafter. 10% furious hilt = 50k (unless u find one or get a better deal). +30 health pommel = 30k (same deal).

So for roughly 850k less i can have that same perfect stats sword with a req 9 instead of 8. it should matter on looks as they both look hideous.......

I didnt ask for opinions on the price for the trade. But thanks to the people you replied properly. It was my fault I know, Ive never been scammed before and wont be trusting random people again. I posted this to worn people , not a ' omg i es been scamd' post.

And to all those who blamed me, just wait until it happens to you if it hasnt already and blame yourself not the scammer

Im not blaming you for what happened. no one deserves to be scammed. Next time i would simply as for collateral of equal or greater value, so that way they will want it back. you cant resell the fissure armor for what u lost in the scam for that fellblade, but had she given you a bunch of rubies/saphires/shards/ectos then it would have been ok had she not given u the exact amount of gold as you could have made it back.

Personally i think ANET should raise the amount of gold youre allowed to carry on each char to 250k. it would eliminate a lot of the scams of having to trade for items that people want over 100k for, although i dont see paying 100k for something i can get for cheaper through a collector/crafter/different looking style of weapon

I was scammed for elementaliste lotto 3 months ago...we trade a dragon sword 15^50 for 100k and this guy offers 100k, close the window and open again but offering 100 gold...

I think you mis understood. I Agreed to sell the fellblade for 950k, and as we were trading in gold, he would give me his Fissure armour for the sword and 100k to start off, then buy back the armour on the last trade. He didnt want the armour back though. How should I know someone doesnt want *Fissure* armour back. And yes, i was 100% sure it was fissure armour.

I admit I made a mistake and an error in judgement.

Then the best bet, for both of you UFO and Kry, is to take the entire shots and give them to ANET. They will possibly ban the spammer/keylogger and they may replace your lost items for you.

If not, just keep trying (with the entire trades and the 'rejected' offer screens if you DO have them) until you win the argument.

ahaha I did actually chuckle at that. Yes I will. At the end of the day, its only an In game weapon. Cant get too annoyed about it. Its just a minor set back towards my fissure armour is all

Anet won't and doesn't replace the so called lost items caused by a human error, which this was. If it was the game that caused it, then maybe, and I say maybe, Anet would replace it if you would ask and prove.
