ya its a color lag spike.. somthing when u screen shot the colors go all wild.. when that happens.. quickly take another screen shot..and u get that color spike screen shot to.

Same thing happened to me with my droknar's gladiator chest, and I loved it. Basically, my entire torso was black other than the armor - it looked like I put on an undershirt for once.
