This is old. The Europeans and the Americans got the preorder items at release while the Koreans did not. This was to make up for that.

I also expect japan to get a special item similar to this.

to clear up some of the stats miss temptress left out:

hammer has armor penetration 10/10

scorpion bow is indeed poison lengthened

shield is reduced dmg -1 while in stance

monk offhand is 20% recharge on protection and healing
req is divine favor

mesmer staff is illusion casting speed 20%

i'm korean btw (living and playing on american server)

ps: im not 100% sure on recharge/casting speed translations.. i think we got it the other way around but don't know for sure

Does this even mater? Just give every1 the same items all at once. Y complicate this and give some items to certain servers on different dates? Doesnt make any sense to me.
