Has any one seen this creature any where in the game? It looks as if he is holding an off-hand.

The creature is called Mragga or a Wailing Lord.

I was debating if I should post this, but since it's pretty old you'll most likely only get flamed for posting it. Still it sorta freaked me out the first time I saw him, then when I had to fight him 20 levels later...it was a good closure.

In FoW there's a couple of those spirits and in the 15 attribute quest in the Shiverpeaks those kind if spirits exist.

I remember when this was a bigger mystery before the second 15 attribute quest became a standard in the early days..

why have i never seen that in ashford, pre-sear, or anywhere BUT the 2nd 15 attribute quest?

theres a couple in the forest in FoW
and
lots in UW right before spawning pools

Wailing Lord quest Banshees and Wailing Lord look exactly like that spirit, they only spawn when you take a Wailing Lord quest

Lambentviper: You have to be outside the Abbey looking in toward the statue of Dwayna. It never appears from the inside.
