Hmm nope. That position has a nice view of a wall (hill).

Francis has it right mostly. It is the "Vizier's Mansion", viewed from the eastern side in Sanctum Cay.

I wasn't sure since I've only run Sanctum... and I don't exactly take the time to go exploring while I'm running people... but that seemed like a logical place. I'll check it out whenever I can get on

For the second one--the fun thing about that pic is the method you have to get there by. Then you can say: "Hey, I've stumbled over that rock! It's a badass rock..."

I know its in Green Hills County (Pre-sear, East of Barradin) and not 100% sure, but this is the closest guess I can get to it without actually loading up Guild Wars and running around.

Edit: I just looked at your armor... and I believe thats Canthan armor. If it is, then its on the way to the Luxon main area (Cavalon) off to the side a bit. Theres a Merchant and Weapons guy there... but I'm not 100% sure which one it is now.
