And I think that your second image is the Melandru's Statue near Twin Serpents Lake (although I've not been there, so maybe some who has can confirm).

First one is correct, second one almost. It is taken in snake dance, but not the point you discribe

I had pretty much forgot where I took that pic, but it sounds right.
I've seen pics like that of four different gods, but haven't spotted Melandru yet. Is there one around somewhere?

Edit: Well do I feel like an idiot. Just noticed that there's pictures of all five gods right there inside Ascalon city. Guess I just don't pay much attention when in towns.

Yes, there's an area further north with the giants where the fog hangs in the valley like that. Very picturesque. Alas, I do not have a screenshot to show to confirm that I've been there.
