Aera- The upkeep cost thing is most likely a result of IHexing Parasitic, then casting it on other people, and ANet not giving that circumstance its own "message"

Its just like that one assassin elite, if you cast on them, it calls it "spell failed because of spellbreaker" or whatever.

All hexes that grant you a bonus while its active / ends should fail once ihex runs out.

Here's a group of 3 Canthans I came upon as they beat up another...

They did so little damge the lone canthan could out heal them indefinatly...eventually my ele was nice enough to put them out of their misery .

This is pretty weird, uh....hate to report a glitch that is so cool =P
Going here actually expands your Exploration...making it possible to get over 100% (theoretically)
