mountain troll bosses drop 2 or more tusks sometimes. and one time i had a boss drop 2 different greens at the same time. and they were both bows. was he wielding both?

Weapon swapping ftw.

Anyway while trapping the UW, a Smite drops a Sapphire. And this was in the short time when Jewels > Ecto.

The horns don't have to be his: a necklace of trolls he's defeated etc.
