No, i don't seriously believe they aren't the same. Though I would point out that their mutual appearance is very consistant at the end of the A.M. mission. THe lich takes absolutely no damage, no matter what you throw at him. or at least i don't remember burning him with any success, and i don't think i had anyone with hex degen with me. oh well. Would be neat if we could kill him early.
