Default 55 to insanity

I am sure everyone has tried this, using the 55/130/600 builds to farm, but at what point does it go to insanity? Post your most painfull farming picture that you can get.

Why don't I start, with Nolani Academy on Hard Mode, Solo.

I survived this BTW.

Yes, this is decidedly easy considering you take no damage... all you need to do is cycle between 2 skills

You mean kind of like your Avatar?
If you hadn't noticed this is the point of the thread, for people to post their achievements in this sort of manner. It's just good clean fun.

nice work rpetiger, hope to see some more madness like this in here.

I'll try and dig it up, I have a screenie somewhere of my 55 aggroing every imp in the ice cave. Don't remember numbers for the other spells, but i had over 400 maelstrom hits on the hit counter.

unless you show the build, everyone is going to assume that your running Shielding Hands and SoA, especially in this pic, where you probably dropped one energy skill, and used Shielding Hands, SoA, Fleeting, Damage Skill (SoJ, Zealots?) Essence, Prot Spirit, and your done, because there is no necro boss. If your running that, this thread is pointless, and should be closed, because that is probably the easiest build to use, period. No damage, no thrill, no point.

Its not as easy as you may think. I've been wasted more then a few times, even with no necro. There is more then one way to run a farming build. Want me to run a traditional, fine... the fact is, with just the standard, regen 55, there IS a limit, and the no damage 55 is not any easier. No thrill, when a single mistake is usually instant death? I dont think so.... The point of 55 Is not to die, and everyone that does 55 should know, that something that works in 1 area, may not work in another.

55 is the most popular build in guild wars. why bother to hide your build? not like your trying to keep anything a secret by doing so.

If you're all so certain the build he is using is the normal 55hp, then why ask for him to prove it?

Try getting hit by something more than 1000 times.

Only trick with that is that the counter resets if you dont get hit by a specific thing within a few seconds. I am pretty sure I have taken over a thousand flares and ignite arrows at once one time or another.

Prophet. The fact is, that while it is the most wide used, it is also the most diverse and flexible out there. Some like to hide the build, but all builds tend to at least have at least a few skills that are the same, namely protective spirit, but most also have ess bond or Balthazar spirit. Its all the little tweaks that makes yours unique.

You can also solo Nolani with a E/* or R/E pretty easy. Ive gotten many gold brute swords with my R/E there.
