some are not so small:

Pre-Sear Hidden Area:

Stupid floaty things in Nightfall:

Giant Mountain in the distance (look careful)

Jade Towers in Tyria? (i saw these before factions came out iirc)

"The Falls" Shrine of Balthazar

ALSO: In Rata Sum, Mhenlo is standing in front of 4 female henchmen who all randomly use the "Pick me!" emote, which Mhenlo just stands there and ponders and laughs. Cynn is standing to the side by herself and "pouts" when Mhenlo turns towards her and uses "no"

I'm at work now, but I will get screenies later. In the GW:EN dungeons, you all know there are those huge ice things that look like photo frames. Well, it might be my imagination, but there IS a face on them ^_^

Oh, and how do I get to the hidden area in Pre?

EDIT: The Cynn & Mhenlo thing develops through the outposts. In Longeye's Ledge, Mhenlo is talking to one Female while Cynn is pouting on the side. xD Anet outdid themselves with the henchies in outposts this time.

I know butterflies have been posted, but I love the spot just outside Rata Sum in Magus Stones, I believe, where a few pink and blue butterflies float around. So cute. The butterflied plus the flowers make for one of the nicest little details.

Yep, in the Last City or w/e, go right to the far edge (kind near where you place the tablets on the pedestals for the mission) and look over hte edge into the distance.

And as for the hidden area in Pre-Searing, leave out of fort ranik and follow the wall to your right, it will take you around and into a small river, someone in that area there is bush along the wall that covers the entrance. that is where it is :P

Malko, i seen that as well, i noticed it the first time i did Raven's Point.

if anyone goes to oola's lab, they'll notice that when you use the magical flux to damage the enduring golem (not the quest, the actual dungeon) you'll see that the damage is 1,337 =p
