At 1hp (Use a level 2 character if you want, 120hp, rune'd - dp'd down to 1 hp, you still need at least 0.25 seconds to die from a 2 regen, even longer if being attacked.
Given you are ressurected instantly and die right away, thats a max of 4 deaths per second. Thats approx what he achieves.

I think one of the benefits is laughing at all the ppl that are whining, like you. couse it's actually pretty cool.
