By Any Other Name [Rose], former top 350 team, is recruiting again. Here's the situation. After a massive rage quit, the co-guild leaders personal lives spun out of control and the guild effectively died. Now that's over with, we are rebuilding. Yay, us!

Feel free to check the ladder we did approximately 500 gvg's between early February and the end of May. We usually enter about 4-5 battles a night, mostly weekday evenings from 9:00 to 12:00 eastern. We are currently looking for about 8-10 new members for tryouts to rebuild our core GvG team. We are looking for patient relaxed people who can play many different professions and builds. No guild hoppers please. We are not a training guild, but are looking for people who want to be moderately competitive in GvG, people who want to hang around, be friends and develop a guild. We will most likely not GvG for at least two weeks after we get everyone on board. Estimating beginning/middle of September. We will be seeing who fits what roles, builds that work for us/new players and other issues like that. So, patience is the key. In general, we tend toward pressure or spike builds as we have the most experience with those. Our core monks are fairly set. So, for other professions, we will need the following:

A strong and relaxed tactics caller (most important position for us atm)
2-3 Frontline
4-5 midline (need to play all/any casters)
2 flaggers

Here's what we're looking for as minimum requirements:

Ventrilo
Fun
Relaxed
Open to playing many different builds and professions
Dedicated to building a fun guild
