I'll make this simple. [STAR] is a social Luxon guild recruiting mature players with senses of humor. We're a no-bullshit PvE/AB guild and are part of a like-minded 7-guild alliance.

Please be able to type coherently. People spamming WAT DO I DO 4 QUST HLP PLOX will be banned with impunity.

We've been around since October 2006. We used to be Kurzick, but since Kurzicks fail at pretty much everything they do (including running alliances), we jumped and went Luxon. We have a fully-staffed hall and a cape that's been basically unchanged for a year, because it's that awesome.

There is no bullshit "council of elders" or anything else retarded. There is no "arbitration process" for infractions of guild rules. There is no "trial period" for new members. All that stuff is way lame and makes PLAYING A GAME seem more like work.

There are basically no rules for Guild or Ally chat. If you're an idiot or annoying, we'll kick you. If you're not, then we won't. HOW SIMPLE IS THAT.

Above all, the main requirement is that you be able to carry on sophisticated conversations and take a joke. This is because our ally chat is usually filled with discussions of literature, music, sociology, religion, rare niche pornography, science, math, and art. When we're not discussing Foucault or Gainsborough, we'll probably be making some of the most crude and insulting jokes you've ever heard.

I'm serious: If you're easily offended, STAR is not for you.

On the more game-related side, we're mostly a title-hunter guild that ABs for shits and giggles. Most of our members are veterans of the game and are working on titles and achievements. If that sounds rad, join up.

Across the alliance we have something like 4 vent servers and 2 teamspeak servers, so if that's your thing you have that.
