Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is recruiting!
Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is a guild in the Rebel Rising [rawr] alliance that is currently looking for players. We have several experienced people who know what they are doing but we want to acquire a few more who are proficient in their roles to fill out our core team.
Most of the current players have played with each other for at a few months and know each other very well. That being said, we are very easy to get along with and like to have fun, but also take GvG extremely serious. All of us want to get better and work on our weak points and hone our strong points, so many discussions will be had after matches about what went wrong, what could've happened better, etc. We will learn from our mistakes and always try our best against every guild and play our hardest every match. We will also play primarily balanced builds to get better at each individual role. We're a very active American guild, playing 5 nights a week minimum and sometimes do tournaments on the weekend if it's planned ahead of time. We usually start rolling up for matches at 6pm PST (9pm EST,2am GMT) and will play until around 9pm PST (12am EST,5am GMT) and sometimes later depending on if people want to keep playing together. What exactly are we looking for? --One brave Warrior that can communicate, call spikes, play proactively, and call good tactics. --One brave Mesmer that can shutdown, coordinate with the midline, and think for themselves. In addition, these people need to: --Roll in at the scheduled times and be there at least 4-5 nights a week. --Carry a positive mental attitude and always be constructive to other guild members. --Be ready to learn as a team and not give up after a bad match. --Be active on our vent server/forums and speak fluent English. --A stable internet connection that won't drop every x amount of minutes. What do you need to join? --At least one million Balthazar faction. --Be rank 3 Gladiator or rank 6 Hero. --Top 700 experience is preferred. --At least 500 GvG's played in the role describe above.
