Haven of Tempus is recruiting GMT players to increase its ranks!

I have recently started my own guild (currently one man still - me!)

I am looking for players to play with and help the guild grow - not massive around 20players who play together and make a really tight-knit family style guild!

The Guild naturally has a cape/GH (cape is plain at the moment - I will alter it if the guild takes off through a vote of members)!
Guild Hall has the basic NPCS (merchant,priest of Balthazar,storage)
A website is currently being put together!

What I am looking for in a member:

Active
Friendly / chatty
Long-term members who want to help the Guild grow
People who like to play together!
Preferably 16+ but maturity is more important then age really!
Any amount of experience really...whether a weathered beta player or a newby I am happy to have you as long as you are enthusiastic and willing to improve / play together

What I am not looking for in a member:

Inactive - Without prior reason
People who join do not realise the Guild is currently small and immediately quit
Ragers / noobs who swear constantly and abuse people with their apparent "leetness"
Immature people - links in with ragers / noobs!

What I hope to do with the Guild:
I am a very experienced high-end player and intend to do with members:

Vanquishing (nearly leg.vanquisher on one character - started another)
Guardian (leg guardian on one character - started another)
FoW/UW/Deep/Urgoz/DoA clearouts - no Ursan!; tradional / spur of the moment builds!
Title Farming - grind titles etc - more fun with friends over h/h
Lots of other stuff as well but mostly HM - some NM but not a massive amount!
Alliance Battles for a laugh if people want to its always fun!

Requirements:
No really requirements really but I prefer if you are/have:

At-least 1 max title / completed at least one game so HM is unlocked! (not a must but helps with Guild Activities)
Comfortable in at least one profession - the more the better!
Experience in the high-end areas (not a req. but its nice to have experience)
Initiative - nothing worse then a player who just doesn't care about playing anymore!
Must play preferably atleast three times a week ( I realise people have a life - I certainly do)! But activity is so important in a growing Guild!
The most important one:-Be willing to run builds different to sab-way/Ursan-way! I want to play with people with flair and an enjoyment of thinking outside the box regarding builds!

About the Guild:

The guild is currently Luxon aligned but this is not a permanent fixture - Guild member vote!
One man at the moment - me
Aim to do some form of HM together every few days or so! - Vanquishing is the most popular past-time for me!
Will look to get an alliance for the Guild if enough members are recruited!
