Hi all...

Eight V Eight is recruiting r6/7 Euro people for daily IWAY ha, a few of you may have seen us before, and I've made a nice build which some people have already tried to copy and paste... and failed miserably may I add. (Also, this isn't the [Dong] build - I've noticed they also run the 4W + 4P build, but my build is nothing like theirs... and wasn't designed based on copy and paste methods...)!

The guild currently has 14 members (ranging from r3 to r10), and I have a number of friends who form with us on a regular basis - so the HA is pretty active (sometimes form twice a day if the right people are on). You may be thinking on the lines of why I am recruiting r6/7+ when there are a couple of r3s in the guild, simple - these guys listen to instructions, and are close friends, so they know what I expect them to do, unlike some r7/8+ pugs who don't have a clue...

Famewise, really depends on who's playing with us, but can proudly say that since the guild has formed, the fame has been raising quite nicely. We've recently had a 7 consec run, followed by a 6 consec run, yesturday night we gathered ~30. Although like I said, this can vary depending on skips and the right players being online to play!

If you do apply, vent is a must, as unlike most iway builds, we use vent and call tactics and has come of good use. A mic isn't required, but will help you in terms of being promoted if that time comes.
Also, you will need to understand and follow simple instructions, pugs fail to do this, which is the main reason why I am recruiting. If for some reason you aren't good at following simple instructions, then this isn't the place for you.

We're looking for people who can run paragons (infuse or not) and warriors, if you are let into the guild, there will be a trial run as always, but you will be instructed of what to do with the build given to you, so it should be simple...

P.S. I may also accept r5 people, although this will require closer supervision within the trial, but again, it should be a straight forward transition...

Please Note: I've had several people try to apply who are not from Europe, I am afraid (due to previous experiences) that we are only willing on taking European players due to the time differences faced by the guild. Sorry to cause any misunderstandment, but we've had many non-Euro players apply and leave straight away because of the time difference, leading to a damaged guild history... Thanks!
