Default New PvP oriented Guild – Esoteric Fashion [eF]

The Guild:
A brief overview and declaration of intent. I have been wanting to start a guild of my own for a long time, but have never gotten around to it until now. I finally created the guild just a couple of days ago and recruited a guy I have been guildie with before and have had in mind since I started to play with the idea of creating a guild of my own. GH Warrior’s Isle and faction allegiance Kurzick. We're in Europe.

This is a short outline of what we want to achieve with this guild. What we have in mind is the birth of a mainly PvP oriented, well managed, competitive guild with mature members. The social aspect is important. Many guilds have socially been just terrible and then fell apart because they invited too many players, too fast and/or without being selective at all and/or without consulting the guild about new members because they didn't know what they wanted, couldn't stand the overwelming feeling of cosmic loneliness in a relatively silent guild chat, or just didn't care. Or simply just didn't realise that shared intentions and personal chemistry > quantity and that a clear vision and patience is paramount. I think the beginning of the guild lays the foundation for the guild's future.

More specifically, we want the PvP'ing to be challenging and competitive - meaning we (those who PvP) aim for being skilled as individual players and tight and well coordinated as a team. We want to learn from our mistakes. We share our knowledge. We encourage ourselves to curiously and dedicatedly explore our potential. We are patient.

We think the number of members should be around 15-20 or something like that. Reasonably active members, of course. Whithin our general vision (which is holy) - we would really want a democratic guild with members that respect each other. No one should make guild related desicions on their own, particularly when it comes to inviting new members. Including me, of course (regardless of whether I countinue to be guild leader). That means we really care about what the others think, and respect each others opinions. A relatively low number of members is obviosly beneficial for the PvP'ing too in that it makes us more familiar whith each other and how we play individually and that we don't have so many members on the bench when doing GvG. Structure around the democracy will be outlined. Needless to say, team speak and forum will be arranged. As for now we have a facebook group for communication.

Members:
The kind of sort of type of members we seek is mature, mostly PvP oriented players. We don’t have an actual age limit, but we aim for a roster with an age average around the late 20's or so.

Regarding the PvP'ers: We don't care about titles. Surely we wouldn't say no to a really experienced, solid player, but titles isn't something we care about per se. Couldn’t care less, actually. Regarding the skill level and experience, we don’t have some principle against recruiting complete PvP newbies, as long as you're dedicated to improve your skill level and otherwise fit in the guild. Later on, if we do improve a lot as a GvG guild, it may make scense to be more careful about recruiting newbies. Still, being competetive doesn’t mean being narrow mindedly and superficially elitistic. For now, we actually think it would be kinda cool to improve ourselves and to grow simultaneously and together if that makes sense – as individual players, as a team and as a guild. We do think that one at least reasonably experienced tactician would be good from early on though.

As far as personal chemistry goes there really isn’t that much do dissect. A sense of humor, intelligence, bla bla etc. We know what we like and this will come naturally.

And someon at leest to guild hwo reasonablybel with have decsent engrish, or no?

We will use trial periods for applicants.

Anyone joining the guild at this stage obviously must share our vision and tbh preferably is excited by the idea, prosess and different aspects of forming a guild from scratch. If the above doesn’t appeal to you, you’re not for us and vice versa. If it does - let’s talk, Sir.

Start by sending me a PM here.
