[GGW] is a brand new North American guild looking for competent, experienced core players for GvG.

Our goal is a simple one: to improve every time we play, so we’re looking for players that share this goal. What this means is that we expect our members to take an active role in bettering themselves i.e. observing, looking up new builds, practicing in randoms, etc. While a certain level of arrogance is almost a requisite for great PvP players, we want our members to listen to criticism without defensiveness. If the players of a guild constantly improve, the rank will follow. We will also always be running some variant of balanced and no gimmicks.

Ventrilo + Mic are the only non-negotiable requirements we have. However, as previously stated, we’re looking for competent and experienced players. It will be expected that skills/items are unlocked for the roles you play. Hero/glad ranks can help show that you’re experienced, but they do not prove you have competence. There will be no hesitation to g-kick someone if they don’t work out.

A certain level of maturity is also expected. Those that fall into the age bracket of older high-school or college students are preferred.

On a side note, there will be times when we won't have the proper people logged on to GvG (especially with a core). So, we're pleased to be a part of the [hgm] PvE alliance. They do HFFF, HM dungeons, and most recently, multiple daily runs of UW speedclear.

On a final note, I hope no one is intimidated by the requisites posted. I encourage everyone who is feels they are competent to apply, and while [GGW] might not end up being the guild for you, hopefully you'll leave a better player.
