Our Philosophy: We believe that people here can acheive their own goals and are free from the pressure of helping others, and with so many things going on at all times, you can join the activity that YOU want to join, or even start your own.

What we have to offer: Very large, active, and highly recognized "Elite Pve" alliance, with all players sharing similar interests. With that, you will hardly ever need to "Pug" for anything Elite Pve Related, since groups are gathered with ease in AC (Alliance Chat). Also have Vent & Active Forums which we share with alliance and GW videos (made by Witch & others)

SNOW's definition of Elite Pve: All things GW:EN (Vanq, titles, dungeons), All things HM, Elite Missions & Clearing Uw/FoW. Evidently most of these things encompass getting titles, so "title hunting" need not be mentioned.

The Ideal Member: Is one who is Active, Friendly, Mature, & Experienced, but also has alot of Elite Pve goals. Participates in the Alliance Groups, and is flexible with builds. Those brave enough to START groups in AC are always welcome/recognized, and even braver people to form groups that is not fully ursan.
Note: It is those who start groups in AC that are the people most satisfied with the alliance, and get the most out of it.

What is "Kick-worthy": Regardless of experience, the worst kind of member does not participate in alliance. Or one with a chronic negative/critical attitude. Starting debates, giving your 2 cents into everything, no one likes that (Sure, help people out with builds and whatever, but make it sound friendly as opposed to criticism). Also, bigotry is never tolerated, including any jokes of the sort.

For those wanting to bring their guild into the Alliance:
1. Your guild should be Elite PvE AND Title focused
2. They should be some kind of adequate requirements for joining the guild
3. The Leader/Officers should be pro-active for solving any problems that may arise, especially if the problem is one of your members
4. You must have 35 or more players logging in within 1 day. If you don't know how to tell, just look in roster and count all the people on in 1 day or less.
5. The guild should also have atleast 70 players in total and a reasonably low AWOL Time (Away without Leave/Notice).

Make sure you know the rules - No Spamming/Begging and keep cursing to a minimal with NO vulgarity. Do not offend anyone!(No Racism, insults, etc.)
The worst of member is one with a chronic negative attitude - Don't want that! Make friends, not enemies!

Requirements- All new members must
A) Objective Reqs
1) Have some maxed titles (# of maxed titles is open-ended) & have HM Unlocked for all 4 games

For Titlers:2a, For Elite Farmers:2b
2a) Must have some goals...
Titles: Guardian, Vanquisher, Norn/Asura/Vanguard/Deld, Master of the North. Note: If you will not soon be working on these titles, then I am not interested in recruiting you, UNLESS you already have them
Elite Missions: DoA/Urgoz/Deep/Slavers
Clearing: UW & FoW
Getting Money!: For Obsidian Armor, Sweet Tooth title, Party, etc. done by Farming (Repeatedly doing dungeons, clears, etc)
These are all acceptable and encouraged goals.

2b) Must have completed several "elite areas" such as Slavers, DoA, UW/FoW Clears, and dungeons, and even Deep/Urgoz. Not all are necessary but you should be focusing on more than one of these. If all you do is Ursanway FoW then im not interested. Granted not everyone may be as experienced in elite farming as those who consider themselves elite farmers (duh), but i assure you most people here are atleast adequate and have potential.
To sum up: If you are an Elite farmer, please specify which "elite areas" you farm, and somehow show your knowledge if possible.
Bonuses: It would be greatly admired if you are "daring" enough to bring Non-Ursans to groups, like SS, Imbagon, Nuker, etc.

3) When you apply on the forums, please specify if you consider yourself a titler or elite farmer (or even both) and that you meet the reqs, state your accomplishments (maxed titles and/or elite areas completed), your goals, and that you agree to the rules

B) Maturity Req
You must also be mature, that is - Patient & Tolerant, and recognize that this alliance (and all good ones) go through continuous improvement, ridding the alliance of "bad apples" while holding onto good ones
