[Argh] is ranked 300ish atm . We're a merge between Actual Failures [FAIL] and Staggering Force (Stf), both guilds were ranked about 300 with peaks going into the top 200's. We play a variety of builds ranging from split to normal balanced (don't expect easy tab tab hexing, and our usual playtimes go from 7-11 pm gmt every day, and AT's going from fridays to mondays.

Basically, we need a midliner and flagger. Flagger is kind of straightforward, though we do split alot, so some experience with that is quite nice. For the midline spot, we're looking for an FC water mesmer (or a dom mesmer who can also play shatterstone ele and occasionaly stand Rit, though I doubt we can easily find that, so I'm putting my money on a Me/E).
